Specialising in the commercial investment sector, he has a profound knowledge of the parameters required to enhance property portfolios. To this end, Pablo has held a number of relevant positions in various office sector segments (i.e. Agency - Private Wealth - Capital Markets).

Pablo specialises in off-market transactions and structured sales processes for institutional and private investors, both in the national and international markets.

With extensive experience in the Spanish property sector, Jose Miguel has been a Managing Partner at Borneo from the very beginning of the company's inception, a position he came to hold after having served at CBRE for fourteen years, where he held various managerial positions. He was Capital Markets Director for Midcap Investments and Director at A&T Investor Leasing in Madrid.

Jose Miguel, who holds a General Degree in Business Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, has completed a number of postgraduate studies, such as the Esade Executive Leadership Programme, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria's Urban Management Programme or the IE Negotiation Programme.

Pursuing a career in the office segment, within the agency and investment business lines, has allowed him to obtain a full picture of the market, where he has advised various types of owners and occupiers.

Manuel Maria is an executive leader with a strong 20-year track record of managing property assets (study, lease, sale and disposal) and has additional extensive experience in a number of investment areas. Manuel is an Associate Director at Blueprint Property, Borneo’s Sydney-based partner company. With proven ability to manage investments across these two financial areas of the world, he develops networks and cements strong and strategic ties that secure common goals, with proven excellence in quality processes, negotiations and organisation. Manuel is a renowned creative thinker, problem solver, and strategic decision maker.
